Hi All, Elwyn and I have booked 20 rooms at the Trearddur Bay hotel in Anglesey for May 9th,10th and 11th 2023. As we have not been to Anglesey on previous tours in Wales, we thought it would be an ideal place to visit.
If you would like to join us, please could you ring the hotel direct to reserve your room. They require a £50.00 deposit at the time of booking, and full payment to be made 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Gawsworth Hall Youngtimer Show

We have had a Panther Car Club stand at the Gawsworth Classic Car Show near Macclesfield for many years. Usually this has been at the beginning of May, but last year we changed to the Gawsworth Hall Youngtimer Show for post-1970 cars, which was a great success, the weather was warmer than usual and we had a perfect spot on the lawn. We have been invited to the Youngtimer Show again, this year it will be on Bank Holiday Monday 29 May. The Show starts at 10am, but entrants may arrive and depart at any time during the day from 9am onwards, cost £5 per person, (public entry is £10pp)

All entrants must pre-book. The best way to do this is to phone Gawsworth Hall on 01260 223456, giving them your address, vehicle and card details for payment, they will then post out tickets to you. The Grand Gathering for 2023 is to be held on the weekend of the 22nd-24th September 2023 .

Here you can watch amazing live action on the transformed ‘Racing Runway’ and ‘Sprint Strip’ with iconic cars all in action throughout and up in the skies we can expect to see a variety of breath taking aerial displays & acrobatics from a variety of display teams. With a vintage fun fair and shopping village with plenty to browse , food stalls etc there is something for everyone.

Isle of Man British Classic or Sports cars Festival of Motoring

The above Festival of Motoring is proving very popular with Panther Members and I am pleased to say there is an

EARLY BOOKING DISCOUNT = £60.00, per car, discount applies to all bookings made by 30.04.2023, with a 20% deposit and guarantee the price quoted in 2023 will be honoured with no price increase.

Due to the distance to travel I felt that to make it a 5 night stop over gives us time to relax and enjoy what’s on offer on the Island. The festival of Food and Drink is also on at this same time so an added attraction for us all to enjoy. Should you wish to adjust the time on the Island this can be arranged direct.
