Thank you to find enclosed the links to the February tour: "Blue Foxes and roadsters frosted " . From Valencia to Die Drôme Provençale region ( wine Clairette ) . We will then move the Rousset pass , the gateway to the North Drôme . Meals and overnight in Vassieux en Vercors Mecca of the resistance of the last war. The next day back to Valence ( France ) for lunch . I will give the latest information on the equipment. Regards Jean Paul

Eden Project.
A visit to the Eden Project in Cornwall on Saturday 7th. May is planned followed by a ‘not to be missed’ BBQ at the home of Geoff and Sue Booth. We have reserved parking and we are expected to be there as a group at 10.30am. If the group is ten people or more we will qualify for a discount entry fee of £10.50 pp for Seniors.
Rendezvous at Nile Bakery and Cafe, 100 Holmbush Road, PL25 3LP for 10.00am latest.
For those who wish to make it a week-end break the Premier Inn at Liskeard is a 20 minute drive from the Booth’s.

‘The Copley Arms’ in Hessenford on 01503 240209 offers a good B&B with a hefty discount for those visiting the Eden Project with us. Mention Panther Car Club when booking with Zak. It is only a short drive from Geoff and Sue Booth’s BBQ venue in Downderry.

Bromley Pageant of Motoring
I have once again booked a special club display stand which enables us to show up to 15 cars at the show in Norman Park. If you would like to be part of this great event the discounted tickets cost £5.00 for car, driver and passenger, it also includes a plaque. To be eligible for a Plaque you must let me know that you are attending by the 20th April. I can of course take bookings for a place after this date but I cannot guarantee that you will get a plaque. Here’s the latest update from Brittany Ferries.

Sailing from Portsmouth 1700 hrs Friday June 10th. Arrive Santander 1730 hrs. June 11th. 4 nights in Toro, 4 nights in Cambados, 3 nights Del Oso. Depart Santander 21.15 hrs. June 22nd.. Arrive Plymouth June 23rd. 16.15 hrs.

Total cost for 2 people including ferry fare, car, Club4 cabins or large 4 berth cabins. B&B and twin rooms in all the hotels is £1308.75.
Total cost for 2 people including ferry fare, car, B&B and twin rooms in all hotels and Half-board in the Cambados Parador is £1449.75.

These prices have the 25% discount applied and will be held until 15th. December.  This early booking discount period may be extended, but is not guaranteed.  The non-discount price is in the region of £1800 - £1900.
A deposit of £40.00 per person will secure the discount and hotel places (depending on hotel availability) - we haven’t had a problem yet.

Woodsmoor Classic Car Show

I am organising the Woodsmoor Classic Car Show again this year. This year will be the sixth year of the Show, so far we have raised over £11,000 for our charities St Ann’s Hospice and Tommy’s.

It will be on August Bank Holiday Monday 29 August 2015 at Woodsmoor Lane Playing Fields, Stockport SK3 8TJ from 10am onwards. There will be a selection of stalls and refreshments at the adjacent Stockport Georgians Cricket Club.

 Invitations for our Grand Gathering have been sent out to all members and bookings are up for our Main event of the year at Wroxall Abbey Hotel Warwickshire CV35 7NB. Set in historic buildings on the 27-acre Estate enabling us to organise a full itinerary. A programme of events will run throughout the day on Saturday. With a visit to the newly refurbished British Motor Museum for the afternoon of Friday 9th  September at 2.00pm a club entrance rate fee  of £9.00p is payable at the Museum and we awaite confirmation of a guest speaker for after dinner on the Friday evening.

Footman James Classic Car Show Manchester

We have entered a stand again at the Footman James Show on 17/18 September at Event City Trafford Park Manchester. We have been allocated a 10m x 11m space which will fit 6-7 cars. If you would like to display let me know, setup is on the Friday and cars have to stay there until it closes on the Sunday. If you would just like to see the show, let me know also in case I may have an exhibition pass available.
