Alice in Wonderland Antony House, Cornwall. This is where some of the new Film "Alice in Wonderland" was filmed and some of the set is still in place. Bromley Pageant of Motoring
Bromley Pageant of Motoring, takes place in Norman Park, Bromley, Kent. on the A21 from 10.00am until 6.00pm on Sunday the 13th June.
The Panther stand is S27 in the red Special Club Display section, 20 cars booked so far. Any PCC members are welcome to come along. To get your car into the show an entry sticker is required. Otherwise park in the public car park and walk into the show.

Departure from Gouvieux, we can avoid the main Paris motorway ring roads using a route around the west of Paris via Pontoise, Versailles and Rambouillet, then rejoin the motorway to Orleans continuing to Amboise.
No scheduled stop en route
Recommended stops for sightseeing: Napoleon and Josephines residence at Rueil Malmaison, Royal Palace at Versailles, Royal Palace and residence of the President at Rambouillet.

An easy day.
Take in the sights at Amboise including the Royal Chateau and the Manoir de Clos Lucé home during his final years to Leonardo da Vinci, where 40 models of his incredible “ahead of time” inventions are kept.

The beautiful Chateau de Chenonceau, built as a bridge of 6 arches over the river Cher and with stunning gardens (9 miles)
Vouvray wine tasting at the private cellar and Italian gardens of the owners of the Chateau de Valmer (8 miles – must be prebooked)
Tuesday 29th June......
Morning scenic itinerary in convoy via Chaumont-sur-Loire and Montrichard with a lunch stop at the Auberge Restaurant of the Chateau de Montpoupon (lunch cost paid locally). Afternoon left free.

Saturday 3rd July ...... Bagnoles de l’Orne to Le Havre (104 miles)
Scenic route through Normandy towards our early evening ferry to the UK.
Scheduled stop at the Chateau de Vendeuvre with its water amuzement gardens. Other recommended sightseeing on our route includes Lisieux and it’s extraordinary modern pilgrimage basilica, the Calvados distillery at the Chateau de Breuil and free time on Honfleur’s heritage harbour front, before out 6.30pm evening fast ferry from Le Havre back to Portsmouth at 20.45.

A great event held within the grounds of the Kimbolton Castle the show offers something for everyone. Nigel Plunkett is tireless in his efforts to raise money for this good course. It’s a very well organized event with a busy show ring and many craft stalls and unusual displays.
There are a limited amount of tickets available and this is a show not to miss. The Midshires Area are celebrating the 30th Birthday of the Panther Car Club by visiting the Shugborough Clasic Car Show on the 15th August.
The show will be a large one, with over 1000 vehicles, associated trade stands and autojumble.
It would be great if we can organise a large contingent of Panthers to represent the club and celebrate our 30th birthday.
We welcome all Panthers to the Midshires Area - certainly not just "show cars" - and it would be great if you could join us for what promises to be a great day.
The show is organised by Transtar Promotions, who organise many of the local shows we attend, such as Trentham and Sandwell, and an entry form can be found on their website which is www.transtarpromotions.com - use the " general entry form". As the show is becoming fully subscribed it is important that we act quickly to ensure we get all our vehicles booked in.

Brooklands 30 Year celebration.

This year Grand Gathering will be held at Brooklands Museum, Weybridge Surrey a fitting place to celebrate the clubs 30th Anniversary. Rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Hotel Cobham and bookings can be made via the booking form or direct with South Quay Travel at a cost of £129.00 per person (there is a single supplement of £16.00)for the weekend package including dinner on the Friday and the Gala dinner Dance on the Saturday. The AGM will be held on Sunday morning at the hotel.

Friday 3rd September.....
Mercedes World at a time to suit and cars to park near the old Brooklands circuit and the more adventurous can book to drive or be driven round in one of many cars available. Details of booking and cost will be made available nearer the time.
Dinner in the Hotel at a time to suit you.
Saturday 4th September......
The Grand Gathering will start at 10.00am on the 4th September and there is a discounted entrance fee to Brooklands of £8.00 payable on the gate. Panthers will take over the whole of the front parking areas around the museum. This year as Brooklands is a charitable location there will not be a Tea tent but food and drinks are available in the cafeteria and a picnic area is located by the cars. Of course the regalia tent and Bruno’s spares will be available.
We have arranged the Hill climb to be made available for the ones who like a challenge and a special Brooklands Certificate will be awarded if completed. This is a once in a life time experience and I am sure one not to miss.
A photo shoot is also organized on the banking of the old track with access to the Bridge for photographs (see above taken at the 25th Anniversary of Panther cars 1972 -1997).
The Dinner Dance will commence at 7.00pm for 7.30pm at the hotel.
Sunday 5th September.......Annual General Meeting .
